Strasburg+ Certification is a hands-on business development program designed to help local business owners strengthen the skills that support long-term growth. Through interactive workshops and one-on-one advising, participants will gain practical tools, personalized guidance, and an actionable plan to help their business thrive in today's evolving marketplace.
You’ll learn how to:
- Apply AI tools to improve business operations and productivity.
- Create effective marketing materials using Canva.
- Improve your online visibility through search engine optimization (SEO).
- Leverage tourism opportunities and local visibility to attract more customers.
- Develop a practical business action plan with guidance from an SBDC business advisor.

This program is designed for business owners located in the Town of Strasburg who are committed to growing their business, strengthening their operations, and investing time in strategic planning.

The Strasburg+ Certification program is a collaborative initiative between the Town of Strasburg and the Laurel Ridge Small Business Development Center to support the success and growth of local businesses.
Before you attend
Participation includes: *MUST be a Strasburg business
- A refundable $50 deposit, returned upon successful completion of the program.
- Attendance at all four workshop sessions.
- Completion of three one-on-one SBDC business counseling sessions.
- Submission of a business action plan.
Registration
A $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of all program requirements. Registration is required.
