Today's customers are looking for experiences, not just transactions. This session explores how businesses of every type contribute to creating a destination where people want to spend more time, return more often, and tell others about their experience.
This workshop is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations interested in creating memorable customer experiences and encouraging visitors to spend more time exploring their community.
Participants will learn how to create memorable customer journeys, identify partnership opportunities that extend the visitor experience, and discover simple, low-cost ideas that encourage customers to explore more of the community while strengthening every business along the way.
