This two-part training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to take your business global. This program prepares you to sit for the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) exam which certifies that a candidate is competent in Global Business Management, Global Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Trade Finance. You will learn to: •Evaluate global market opportunities and identify foreign buyers. •Develop indirect and direct foreign market entry strategies for your firm. •Determine your international product and pricing strategies. Session dates: • Day 1: Tuesday February 19, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Day 2: Tuesday February 20, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Instructors The Virginia SBDC - George Mason University and our network of experts teach individuals about the core aspects of global commerce needed to obtain the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) credential. Our instructors are freight forwarders, bankers, attorneys, and business development professionals, many of whom have been appointed to the Virginia/DC District Export Council.
