Unlike many of their manufacturing peers, craft beverage producers need physical plants that not only meet their technical needs – e.g., utilities, loading docks, zoning – but also serve as inviting venues for public visitation. It can be hard to get this balance right, especially at a reasonable price.
In this webinar, Craft Beverage Assistance Manager Chris Van Orden will ask Tom Hudock of Craft Buildings about how craft beverage producers can create compelling, functional spaces from which to run their business.
Speaker: Tom Hudock, Craft Buildings, brings more than 25 years of strategic experience helping companies both small and large grow and achieve measurable results. Over the past fifteen years, Tom has focused his expertise on the craft beverage industry, blending his background in branding, marketing, and commercial real estate. His passion for craft brewing began over a decade ago, inspired by emerging trends across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ohio. In 2015, he launched My Beer Brand, followed by Craft Buildings in 2019, a national real estate advisory dedicated to brewery and beverage clients. Tom’s combined industry knowledge and real estate acumen continue to support businesses looking to create, expand, or elevate their craft beverage ventures.
