In-house sales have never been more important for Virginia’s craft beverage sector, making front-of-house staff vital to the long-term viability of craft beverage businesses.

In this edition of the Craft Beverage Conversation webinar series, Virginia SBDC Craft Beverage Assistance Manager Chris Van Orden will ask Andrew Coplon, Founder of Secret Hopper and Craft Beer Professionals, how producers can train, incentivize, and retain customer-facing staff members.

Speaker: Andrew Coplon - Founder of Secret Hopper and Craft Beer Professionals. Andrew helps breweries nationwide create more memorable and profitable taproom experiences using data-based insights gathered from thousands of visits. He has successfully built a community of 18,000 Craft Beer Professionals dedicated to the growth and betterment of our industry across the United States. When he isn’t building relationships on Zoom or meeting you for a pint, he enjoys riding a tandem bicycle with his son, Max, or planning the next adventure with his wife, Stacie.

A confirmation email with the Zoom login information will be sent after registration - a day before before the event - please be on the lookout for it.
