Using a service blueprinting approach, this seminar will identify practical ways to improve the diner’s experience at every contact point during his/her experience. Many of the strategies and tactics that will be offered in this seminar are not commonly practiced in the restaurant industry, but can strengthen performance when practiced. The goal of the seminar is for every attendee to depart with a minimum of 3 strategies to implement at their establishments.
