Savory Strategies for Your Restaurant
Using a service blueprinting approach, this seminar will identify practical ways to improve the diner’s experience at every contact point during his/her experience. Many of the strategies and tactics that will be offered in this seminar are not commonly practiced in the restaurant industry, but can strengthen performance when practiced.
