How to Win USTDA Contracts: Insights and Tips on the Procurement Process
Partnering with U.S. small businesses is one of USTDA’s key initiatives. Approximately two-thirds of all USTDA prime contracts go to U.S. small businesses, representing millions of dollars in direct opportunities for U.S. small businesses every year. There are also several indirect opportunities for U.S. small businesses to work with USTDA, including participating in RTMs and other IBPPs, working as a sub-contractor or consortia member with other U.S. companies bidding on USTDA contracts, and submitting proposals for USTDA grant funding.
