ICAP Monthly Call - September 2021
For this month's ICAP call, Bob Smith will be discussing pilots and will review the entire process. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn about how to fully realize the benefits of pilots and their potential place in your commercialization path. The presentation will cover developing a plan, understanding the value it should provide to you and the company, identifying companies, company outreach, creating a clear agreement, implementing the pilot, ongoing review, and follow-up. A team that recently completed the Lighthouse Labs Accelerator will also be presenting on their progress and experience with the accelerator.
