Long-term Client Relationships

A geotechnical consulting firm contacted his local SBDC in August 1999 for assistance in developing a business plan, investor package preparation, and start-up assistance. Subsequently, the SBDC matched the firm with a university student consulting group to work with them evaluating new markets and developing a marketing plan. The firm has also received guidance in obtaining a commercial loan and he says he appreciates that the SBDC providing services periodically over the years in business.
